a little hard one- adding application to existing twitter account

hi,

I have twitter accounts (user and password) and I wanted to know if there is a way to add each account a twitter application (which required OAuth authentication)

in other words,
I want to give a list of user name and passwords and add each account application (what we do manually by going to the application site and click on "allow" when we asked to.)
