A little flippa Question

I am about to sell a very small site of mine for $200+ but the seller is saying he can pay via Alertpay so shall i accept this payment mode, I do not intend to use Escrow because it quite a pain in the ass and all those fee charges are too high to bear.

So is it safe to accept Alertpay can he make a chargeback ?

I have never used AlertPay for sites but I have noticed that AlertPay is used mostly for people outside the US. I would be very careful with it and you need to find out what their chargeback policies are. You wouldn't want to guy to send the money and you transfer the site only to find out he did a chargeback.
