Allright,
here's a KICK-ASS list about websites that offer you designers, coders, article writers etc. In case you for some reason don't like elance or scriptlance etc well known services..

Just make sure the quality doesn't suffer, my friend. These days, it's so easy for many people who dabble in online money-making of whatever form to claim they are writers.
