Sigh, should just be permabanned. I feel like mods need to be a bit more cut throat in banning members that don't have the capacity to post anything relevant or meaningful.

We have to operate under the guidelines set forth by the Administrators.
It is not a matter of the moderators having the complete freedom to ban
anyone at will.

Then the admins need to expand their guidelines. I see banned members here all the time and not even sure why but this shit for brains moron comes in here, clearly trolls the forum, pm's members ad nauseum, including execs and he can't be banned?
 
I am only one person . . . I do the best I can and spend several hours every day
moderating BHW. Obviously, I can't be everywhere. By the way, was the PM of
individual in question reported?

I was going to give her the benefit of the doubt as she sent me a nice personal PM but seeing she sent it to the rest of you I have had second thoughts.
