A legit question about illegit things...

I've been asking about this in many forums- not just here but also in the Aspkin forums as well- but no one seems to have seen it, so:

Granted that you're familiar with the eBay stealth method, when you're sending the fake utility bill to reinstate/reinforce your account, wouldn't PayPal see the post-mark/location of the PO from which you're mailing and be suspicious?

I don't get it either; maybe you explain a bit more background of this?

Nevermind it, cookie- sometime when Paypal limits your account, they ask for proof of location/address in the form of a utility bill, but you don't have to mail it- you can either upload it or fax it to them.

Mystery solved.
