A La Carte SEO Service Ideas

Hey All - I've recently been approached by a large real estate franchise and they want to start offering their agents (50 to start) an "A La Carte" type SEO service list. Many times real estate agents don't have a check for a couple months, so when they get paid, they will be able to buy a few thing here and there in order to help them with their websites.

Here's my question. What are some things I can charge for? What type of services would you offer if I hired you/your team to help me with these agents?

Here's what I was thinking thus far:

Rankings Reports
Keyword Research
SEO Coaching
Link Building
Facebook Fans/Likes/Status Updates
Twitter Followers/Re-Tweets/Status Updates

Any think else you can think of? And what do you think a good price for these types of services would be for a one time fee?
