3k links will be hard but there was someone talking about using GNews to index check that out

That's really tough to index faster, but you can try indexification tool and share the links on social media platforms, Hopefully those links are indexing on search engines soon.

That would cost $60 according to their website.
Does anyone have experience indexing with Omega? If not, I'll be the guinea pig.

You can submit URLs as a post on blogger. and submit URL to any .gov sites.

There was a guy who mentioned a rather easy way of doing this, and it's free.
Just create a WordPress free blog, post all your links on one post and submit the website to Google Webmaster.
Once it crawls the website, delete it from GSC and remove the blog.

I use it often, have done thousands of pages over maybe a year. Have found it to be very effective but yes, for bulk links it's pricey.

Omega Indexer is not working well since a week ago.

I've not used in a few weeks so wasn't aware. That being said I ran a FB page through it few days back and it's not indexed still annoyingly, hopefully a temporary issue.
