A.I Cold calling

Hey guys so I need A.I cold calling for my agency and until now I have explored a few solutions. I am looking for feedback and help on how I can set this thing up.

So what do you guys think about using google dialogueflow and integrate it with twilio as the dialer.

And does anyone know how to set this up?

A couple of weeks ago, I heard about launch of Flow Conversational API from Speechmatics

In that they opened their Ursa 2 model and have now enabled it as an API

I'd personally plug Flow between Dialogueflow/Rasa and your dialer.

Also, am not entirely sure about using Twilio as a dialer for cold calling. They are pretty ban happy and pointlessly suspend accounts.
 
Interesting, at the end if the lead is about to be turned into sale it would have to be redirected to a human or it is supposed to even finish the process up to the payment?

Sounds interesting - but - how much "ai" are you using for the cold calling? Are you just looking to leave a message & if someone picks up then put it through to a real person - or - are you actually having a script "talk" with a person to see if they become a warm lead?

All these are the things that I came across, I don't know much about the technical stuff so will prolly use ChatGPT to set everything up and then put another post for advice on this. Looking to minimize cost and get the most out of functional conversational Ai for my agency which I could possibly even scale to other products and companies.

I would like to completely use Ai to talk to the person. Then when the person says that they are interested then what I will do is book a call with them and then this call will link to my g calender. Do you happen to know much about how I can set it up?

Calls I'll take, Appointment setting will be done by Ai
 
I think using Dialogflow with Twilio could work well for AI cold calling

Anyone has tried this on live prospect? Would like to get some feedback...

Are there any open source systems? I see a lot of third party hosting things but what's under the hood? LangChain?

I will advise you use either vapi or bland ai as these platforms give a lot of controls on how the voices and how the dialogue should go and yo can easily add it to your calender or CRM using make or zapier for something like appointment setter or if you want to use for other purpose.

Yes I have tried it, most of the replies were nice they didn;t really cared that an ai picked up the phone they were more than happy that someone is speaking to them about their issues as most of the calling agent i built were for appointment setting, enquiries or order confirmation. As most of them have experience of their call not answered

you can get this done in the flow like this
Appointment setter by AI call agent
then your closing call for the payment processing

It's majorly around a script but it won't be repeated it just follows the patterns

Use combination of vapi, make.com and relevance ai to create a perfect solution for caller.

You ca even enable it to research the client and then call them
