A great way to get ******** links

I stumbled upon this little trick for finding places where you can get ******** links. Here's what you do:

Type "Powered by SMF 1.1.4" into google. You have to register to post comments - but once you're in, there's no moderation! I've got lots of PR4 and PR5 links this way. I found that 90% of the results were ********.


If anyone has any other examples of these "powred by xxxx.." search operators for getting ******** links, i'd be most grateful

Why is there no moderation? It wasn't implemented in 1.1.4?

Only register once to cover every SMF powered site, or once per site?

I find it hard to believe there's no moderation. Can you clarify that point?

download SEO for firefox. It will hilight all nofollow links when a page loads. So you can see if previous comments are nofollow or not. I can't imagine building backlinks without it.

The sites will allow you to post comments unmoderated, but they might be removed later if they look too spammy. Work them into the site and you should be fine. It's really fast to register, well worth it for a good link.
