A good payment gateway?

I need a payment gateway that allows me to get payments thru my website, one that won't freeze my account easily, i just own an auction website. nothing shady, but paypal and alertpay gave me a lot of trouble, the first closed my account out of blue, the second one reverse 5K of payments in one shot....any advice?

p.s: i live in US but i don't have SSN yet.
