A Good Footer Pop-up Script

Hey guys I am looking for a good footer pop-up(popover?) script or software? I found DHTML but its junk IMHO...I have seen Ultimate Footer as well....Can't find much else....

Anyone have any suggestions or a good looking script or software to create a good looking script to use for the footer pop up on my page?
