A genius web developer? Come join me!

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a coder to work with me on my website. I've been working hard on this website for the past 4 months and it's going really great. I've had over 1M pageviews in the last week alone.

The site currently makes $70-$120 and can make much more with the tweaks it needs. I also have 15,000 e-mail subscribers and increasing like 1k a day now (and 10k Facebook likes).

What I need is a PROFESSIONAL web developer to join me on this. I need someone who can do ANYTHING in Javascript, PHP, HTML/CSS (please good, or very good coders don't waste my time and yours, I only need a top coder).

You will have 20% of the website (earning and worth) for working on the development side. I will handle all the other things (monetizing, optimizing, driving traffic, etc.), and I'm not asking for any money (I've invested over $4K in it, though).

I may be interested in, but what bothers me is that you say you had over 1M pageviews last week alone, 15k email subscribers with 1k daily growth rate, but you are earning just $70 - $120 ?? Is that a month, a day??

I may be interested. But like asked above i would like to know that $70 - $120 is daily/weekly/monthly?
And how much work do you expect prom the potential partner? in hours daily please ;-).
