A general query

As everybody know that Google have published the new updated version of Google penguin last week. I was just wondering to know that how much penguin have changed, so i searched in google for it. But everytime i search, everytime google shows me the results of the big SEO sites which are explaining the update or talking about it. I want to know that, is there any website or link where i can know the updates of panda and penguin directly from google and not from the other sites ??
