How about a new sub-section just for ecom stuff, i mean we have a sub-forum for drop shipping but I was thinking more of a general section for e-commerce as I see a lot of people post ecom stuff in the blackhat seo section.

Maybe you could have a big-arsed section dedicated to "General Ecommerce" and under it you could place Ebay, Etsy, Amazon etc. and you could probably slap dropshipping and wholesale under there as well to spruce things up, kinda like a bob ross painting.

I think it could be a great source of discussion AMONG us ecom peeps.

If you search for "ecommerce, ecom, etsy, ebay" etc you'll find plenty of threads made in the last 3 months.

Thoughts?

Did you try PPC or Google ads too?
If yes then what was the result my friend?

I think this is a cool suggestion, there is definitely an increase in etsy postings I feel, and maybe someone hasn't collated them yet for new sub suggestions, but it wouldn't make sense to have a main sub as etsy, and ebay, like you said, it would be better if they were in a general e-commerce, as that would also cover woo commerce and Shopify, opencart, wix etc, which might not be dropshipping related..

Ah what I meant by main sub is like how we have the social section or any section really:

Social media:
General social
Facebook
Etc
Etc

That's what I was thinking but as an example it could look like:

E-commerce:
General E-commerce
Amazon
eBay
Etsy

All new section requests are required to follow this process here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/how-to-create-a-new-sub-forum.1121067/

BlackHatWorld is a busy, thriving place, and we want to keep that going. We know the IM world moves quickly, and that you guys want the latest ideas and info. Sometimes that means there are new sub-forums BHW could benefit from. We have a process for new sub-forums, and there's been quite a bit of interest lately, so here it is, laid out nicely for you:

All new sections on BHW require at least 50 recent, engaged threads on the topic, written by 25 different users.

These must have been posted in the last 3 months and must have more than 10 reasonable responses to an opening post of more than 175 words.

If you can gather these 50+ threads together and share them with our team via the forum suggestions and feedback section, then it will be routed to the team and we can look into creating the new sub-forum and if you're interested and knowledgeable in the sector we'd open up discussions with you about moderating it.

If you have further questions please visit our newbie guide summary here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/s...ter-list-of-all-newbie-guide-threads.1389081/ If that doesn’t answer your question, please reach out to our Support for further guidance.
