    Hello everyone!

I've joined this community in the hopes of learning how to successfully earn money over the internet, and I sure do have quite a lot to learn! Admittedly, this community is loaded with discussions that I seriously have no understanding of. That's alright, though, it's really just a matter of me looking up the meaning of all these different terms and programs. I'll just have to take it slow since all of the techniques and tricks being talked about are totally new to me and if I attempt to take in too much at once, I'm only going to end up making the learning process far more difficult and intimidating than it needs to be. It's already intimidating enough, honestly, but I figure once I start digesting the basics, I'll feel more comfortable and in control of my future.

Right now, I'm earning money online, but what I'm doing will really never get me where I'd like to be. Currently, like so many others in the country, I've recently become unemployed and the job market is so crowded that it's no wonder nobody is getting back to me. So, as you can imagine, I've got a lot of time on my hands, and with that time, I'm able to make a little over $200.00 a week clear (that's working seven days a week, not five like at a regular job). It can be pretty mentally draining at times because I spend my days writing articles and reviews for Associated Content and Reviewstream and working for pennies on Amazon Mechanical Turk and Microworkers and after some time has passed, my mind starts to wander and my mood sinks because I end up spending like six to eight hours just to make thirty dollars, but at the end of the day, I tell myself, at least it's something.

I figure though, if I take some time to read and learn about other methods of making money, and there seems to be many out there, I should be able to become more efficient at earning money online. It's just a matter of starting out at the bottom with the methods that yield small rewards but are the most easily learned and implemented. That will establish a foundation, not to mention give me some much needed confidence in this new venture. I don't see why I can't be successful at earning money online as long as I take the time to slowly absorb the information that's out there, and that's what I plan to do.

Anyway, thanks for reading and I'm looking forward to developing a better, more solid understanding of the opportunities that are out there thanks to all the kind people that have taken the time to share their knowledge here.
