A few SEO questions...

1. How many web 2.0 sites should I make to promote 4 different health/fitness niches?(I wil use Ultimate Demon to automate link building)

2. I am having a 550 word article spun to a minimum of 80% uniqueness. 10 sentences per sentence, phrase spinning, and word spining. Is this type of spin worth 40 dollars? How many article directories should I submit this spun article?

1. As many as you can. There is no limit just be sure to gradually increase link velocity to seem natural.

2. I'm actually interested in spinning services as well that does seem expensive though. I've seen services that claim to be human readable for ~$10. I haven't tried any, however. If it is very high quality it may be worth it. Your probably safe submitting something that spun to 100+ sites.
