A few questions

Hi guys, looking for a little piece of advice from those who know what's up.

1. When looking into domain metrics of a site that I want to get a backlink from - what is the most valuable thing to look for? DA\PA\PR? Citation flow?

2. What would be a good place to buy high quality links from?

3. Press Releases still have power to them? Where would be a good place to buy it from?

4. Is there a way to get my links indexed faster than waiting for it to happen?

5. I currently have in my arsenal nothing but Majestic. Are there any other must-have tools? what's the benefit of Moz\Ahrefs in comparisson to Majestic?

Consider the DA,PA,TF because these are some important metrics I think.
Lots of sites providing these services it's up to you to choose the right site.
Indexation time is not fixed by Google so if you submitted your site wait for a while for indexing.Make sure your On-Page Optimization was done correctly.
You can use the tools like Ahrefs,SemRush,Majestic SEO etc., at starting try trial versions if it suits you can buy it.
