Let me explain something....
You will not find any decent guy with a decent reputation that will answer to this questions....
Second a proper answer to your question will be an entire book... there are so many to discuss about so take your time and learn...
Now it's possible that you will find a "SEO GURU" that will help you but you will pay a lot of money and your success will be "0" until you will stop reading those eBooks that he sell to you and search for some real information

Op: You had a -4 rep. I'm sure it was for the questions you are asking. I do agree with others that you need to take time and read. BHW is like a college, you will learn alot if you just read the forums. I would suggest that you take the time to do that, and instead of asking broad questions, be more specific, like instead of "what is seo" you could say like "How does link building help my site" or something. At least that way people can tell that you already learned what seo is, and that you just don't completely understand.......... Anyways, I cleaned up your rep a little bit. Be careful with your questions from now on.

Thank you so much for the rep, and sorry about posting these questions. The reason why i do though is because i can't find an answer to them anywhere. Trust me I have looked and I can't find any.
