A few questions about posting on BHW?

Hello everyone!

Pretty new on the forum & to forums in general although I've been ghosting around here for a while.
I have a few questions related to posting on BHW.

1)How to make a table of contents?
I've seen a lot of long posts with table of contents that lead to the part directly within the post.How to do it?

2)I know I can't share links as replies to other people until 15 posts but I can't share links in my own threads as well?

3)I shared a few links like this - www(.) sometool (.)com is this against the rules?(I swear I wasn't promoting anything just helpful links)

4)Do every single post I make goes into moderation till the 15 posts limit or it it the same for all newbies in general?Although if this goes for moderation too I'll probably figure it out.Maybe the last post went into moderation because I shared a link.

5)If I share a journey where I'm selling anything on some other platform is it okay to reveal my service niche if I hide all pointers to my service?

Yes I went through those & I understand those are pretty much the guidelines on how to not be a douche here.
I have been puzzled by these specific things for a while but couldn't find an answer so I didn't want to risk being that douche.
