A few questions about CPA

So basically I have been using a content locker, and I deemed this to be CPA, but does CPA(Cost Per Action) stand for something else to? Can you get money for people simply visiting your website or clicking something?

CPA Does stand for Cost Per Action in the IM world. If you hear it in a non-IM setting it might be referred to as a certified public accountant though

Anyways, yes can get money from people without them spending money at all. The whole point is to get that person to be a potential lead for an advertiser and that is what you get paid for.
