Hello guys,

I need your help in sorting the stuff out in affiliate marketing. I am newbie in this, so would be very grateful if you give me some pieces of advice, in particular I am interested in the following:
1. Do I need to register as a private entrepreneur in order to resell somebody's products/services?
2. How to handle the law? I mean, taxes etc. Is this sort of income taxable?
3. If I start an affiliate program, let us say, resell an antivirus software, can I actually take part in several affiliate programs simultaneously and make a kind of a web-site of top 5 antivirus apps and get income whenever somebody buys one of them?

Thanks:)

1. no, you don't need to be a private entrepreneur
2. yes, it's taxable if you make more than a certain amount in a year which varies by country (in US it's $600/year), the rates depend on your country's laws, talk to an accountant if you're unsure about this, try to find one who's not clueless about internet marketing, good luck :)
if you work for legit US affiliate/CPA companies and you make more than $600 a year, they will require you to submit a W-9 IRS form (if US pub) or a W-8BEN (if non-US/foreign pub), they won't even pay you until it's not done
3. generally yes or it can depend on the TOS of the specific affiliate program you use

Thank you, dude! That helps!
What is the best CMS for such kind of business?

You're free to sell anything as an individual. Yes taxes will be there until the day you die.

Hire an accountant or a lawyer, don't just take advice in forums.
