a few problems with the website, need advice

i have bought a website and when i login to dashbroad wp it shows cookie related error. Specifically, after logging in to wp, it shows an error like this:
this page is currently inactive mywebsite.com redirected you too many times.
try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTs
even though I then logged into the wp dashbroad of the website by clearing the cookies and installing more plugins but it was still quite inconvenient to login as every time I login I have to clear the cookies. Can anyone help me to solve this problem completely.

I had an issue with too many redirects but it was related to Cloud flare misconfiguration, not cookies. It was an SSL loop between my site and Cloud flare and I couldn't log in at all.
Solved it on Cloud flare by setting encryption mode to Full I think it was flex by default.

This is probably not what is happening to you but maybe it gives you some idea.

Can you give me contact information to ask more? I asked for some advice and someone said it had something to do with Cloud flare.
