1) What is the worst thing that can happen 2 you, if you do cookie stuffing? (having 2 go to court???)
2) What is Fingerprint Tracking? (an affiliate programm i participate in is using that additionally to session and cookie tracking... is it more dangerous to cookie stuff them?)
3) how to keep the good guys from catching you cookie stuffing? get a good script or what?

I can answer the first question. The worst thing that can happen is your account will be deleted and you wont be payed.
 
answer question 3 for you - get a GOOD script - like say Gen's (but I think that is sold out), spend time of the forums learning and keep evolving

That article is over a year old. They say that "fingerprint tracking" is a new technology, but like I said, that was a year ago....

I can't imagine an affiliate company taking it as far as to pursue legal actions against you. I think the most they'll do is with hold your earnings if you're caught and you can wave bye to the account you had and all the money in it.
