A few E P N questions

I'm looking into signing up for multiple E P N account and I understand the flash cookies and proxies, but I have a couple questions about the applications.

1. Are people signing up with fake names and addresses and getting approved?
2. Is anyone getting approved without giving a website?

I'm not asking for any secret tricks, just is this possible and will it create any issues down the road.

For your first question yeah some people do it and get approved, you might have problems later on though. Check out this thread I started a while ago it has useful info if you havent seen it yet:

Not sure about number 2, I am pretty sure you wont get accepted though or if you do you will get banned pretty fast if you are making money without a website lol.
