If i have broken content or visitors want to request new content, is there like a button that displays on each page to contact me and ask me for whatever?

is there a plugin that can do this trick?

You could just use a contact form plugin and customize it to your liking. The one that I use is called cFormsII and its very customizeable. It comes with a number of pre-made templates for a bunch of different forms and you can make your own as well.

Sorry guys, its not that. I have the wootube theme and i want that feedback button that sticks on the side of ur page, twitter also had this button for a while

there is a plug in for 404 broken link but it shows adsense add. may be u can customize it and add contact me email address. not sure though.
