A fast way to find pages with high PR

Hi guys, I was wondering if there ist a quick way to find as many websites as possible with high PR you know the way Angela does? thx

Download the firefox addon called seoquake. Change the search settings of google to show 100 results per page to do this click the advanced search button. Then you make a search and order all the results under the PR tab.

Scrapebox can currently do this.

You enter your keywords for your niche, load some proxies and then scan for the PR of each result. You then click the PR button and order by PR (ASC or DESC). If you need this data for later, you can export it as an XLS file.

I believe, though I haven't been able to figure it out, there is an option to set a "minimum" pagerank and truncate all the less-useful results.
