A domain is never spammed,but cannot google it...

A domain is found with below info:
TF: 11
CF: 20
External backlinks: 504
DA: 31
Spam score = 0

But very strange: when google the domain with inurl command, other sites display other than this domain.
Is this domain deindexed/penalised by Google?

It is neither expired nor deleted. When now visiting the site, it is parking.
Any idea on this?

I didn't. I plan to buy it because it cost just $70. But it seems too good to be true.

If its parked it means there is another owner sitting on it. Did you get the $70 price tag from the parking page/domain broker? I think for that price its a good deal.

70$ for this? Nah, you can easily get better domains even from bhw sellers.

Just try to search with term: "site:yourdomain.com" and see the results.

Do this. Then check archive.org to see it's history. If it dropped a bunch of times then it might not be a good domain.

You can get really decent domains for less then $70 at GoDaddy auction and also Dynadot and Namesilo auctions. GoDaddy is pretty saturated but there are some good finds at some of the other registrars.
