A device to manage multiple SIM cards?

Hi
Is there a device to manage multiple SIM card at once? I need to create like 100 instagram accounts and I’m planning to purchase 100 sim cards for phone verification. I don’t want to use online verification services as they’re not great as a long term solution. I want to manage my own phone numbers from the comfort of my PC. Can someone give any insight regarding the subject?

You can buy a gsm modem 32/64 slots but they are quite expensive here in my country. I want one too as i have thousands of sim as well

Even in UK or everywhere it's a trick ;I do it years ago.

Find a big building with plenty flats and order random on their postmail. You need to handle when the postman arrived arround to drop them,find them,grab them and run

Smspva.com have this as their device, I guess it is linked to their system but if you knew what you were doing it could be customised for your own use.
