A description for this result is not available

I have a WordPress website and when i search my site received notice on Google results page it says "A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt ? learn more"

it is a new website and only has WordPress and a few plugins?

help please

thank you do i just delete the robot.txt?

but i never made a robot.txt? and its not in my ftp

login to the dashboard --> settings --> privacy --> check "Allow search engines to index this site."

Yes its check.
Don't know whats the problem.
Never face this problem with my other sites.

Don't worry about it. This happened to me last week too. Google is just being slow updating your sites info. I had over a hundred indexed urls that all had that description in google. Just wait for your site to get crawled some more and it will eventually show your own descriptions.

You can always check to see if your site is blocking google in WMT if you use "fetch as google".
