A crazy question to ask

Hi all,

I have a crazy question to ask here. I run a small biz and ran into a nationwide theat that has grew to a insance propotion and as he grew he is trying to steam roll me out of my city. Too old and dont care enough to tell a long story so cutting to the chase.

The mther fer has bought google maps I estimate you purchased at least 1k maps spread out btw 10-15 brands but its a gimmick, he is just using the different names as a strategy, they all do the same thing.

1. he can add a map pay to play anywhere he wants
2. if he gets suspended just buys the map back in 1-2 days though avg. wait time 4-5 weeks. His map went down and I caught him asking for help on a FB group then maps suspended went back up, i was shocked for lack of knowledge i observe the whole process
3. He is buying fake reviews on a substantial scale
4. If he gets a 1 star over long periods of time he spams them to death and works with google pleading its a lie.
5. if we take 200 a map at 1k a estimate is he spent 150k to 200k or more on the empire of maps i have identified.
On search - he has 15 sites that are tool sites, expired domains and operate off of junk back links, great back links and pbn network, these 15 hold the top spots in most cities like at least 80% domination across the us so it makes sense he can afford this. There is about 100 or more websites lower tier that do the same, reinforce backlinks and spam rankings on the same keywords as well. Each website has a different phone operator so of client calls down the list they think its a new company. Parasite SEO is crazy to like he paid a few companies off to let him spam their website, its only viable explanation.

My Problem:

He wants to / has remove my map and wants 3 fake proximity maps to dominate. It is my city, i can to the locations and know they are fake.

He is in my city and has taken out my google maps mulitple times. He has tried to make contact first saying he is a hard working business owner, i only use whitehat to rank...etc and I can work for him. When that didnt work, he used the I am going to sue your a$$ method, and I met some of his workers but didnt want to. I know exactly who he is as him me at this point. I can pull up personal info in heart beat. There is no low, that he wont go to while trying to maintain a fake persona.

He is underestimating my understanding and other probably of what he is really doing so i can pretend too be dumb. There is probably more blackhat going on out of my context as well like crazy spoofing and stuff.

I have taken measures w/o saying what and willing to go to great lengths if i have to. If this post doesnt get remove for exposing a bit the true nature of some SEOs or gen leads... I am not ready to change my line of work, i am enjoying myself as well.

I really need my map, is there anything I can do? or study up on doing to deal with a hyper aggressive personality who thinks nothing as others only as assets or a problem in his way?

Adding I 100% focus on my own SEO and building it as I should but this nuisance is constantly steps in my path with ruthless intent. Google search doesnt care I understand, I think everything he does is acceptable and google is okay with it as long as you dont cause them a headache. Google search and map/profile section REALLY does not care so I dont really bother with them.

What you can do is beat him at his own game but... if you lack the financial resources he will probably win.
Nevertheless you can try to make his life harder but it depends how much you are willing to spend to achieve this.
IRL I doubt you can sue him or take any legal action against him. Because it's nothing illegal. He is simply breaking TOS.
TOS it is not law.
You could gather evidence and try to present the issue to Google. You must have solid proof and do very well research.
But again chances are nobody will even look at your story.
Best case scenario Google will sue him for trying to game the system and exploit their TOS for financial gain. Yes in this case he can be fcked!
BUT It is very unlikely you will be able to raise the attention of such a big company on this subject.

That is one badass blackhatter who needs to actually create and and sell a course about his method(s), with a price which includes future updates to the method(s). This way, he will make 100X of what he currently makes.
I will for sure buy his course, which he can call "The badass blackhat strategy for Google Maps / Google Business"
I bet he will read what I have mentioned.

It sounds kind of bad, but a counterattack is necessary.

saving this one. I really dont want this headache, it is like a growing cyst.

@beverlie - just wanted to say thanks for mentioning the TOS. I did something and this is the furthest I ever got dealing with this guy. The rep said understood that the ability to purchase a profile and unsuspension is read and had me take a sample and submitted it to google. I also have more g-accts than i really want i as a precaution as well and this motivated me to do SEO again. If this guy gets blown up, I will hit u back
