A competitor left me negative feedback because i listed an item cheaper than him :'(

Hi,

Im sad because recently a competitor left me negative feedback, because I listed Instagram followers cheaper than him.

How can i get the negative feedback removed or get my revenge on him?

If you are from the United States, this is a very easy thing to enter into the legal system with justified results that eBay will work with. This is a group of people within eBays' Trust and Safety Department that will see if the person who left you the negative actively sells the same item as you have, in which case you can get the negative removed, and reinstated the fees and even the item or its cost. Failure to rectify these situations on eBay's end means you can more easily target eBay in a legal dispute.

Random fact:

Many large corporations actively purchase items from people who sell their items way below their retail value on eBay consistently, even if their items are legitimate and purchased from a licensed distributor simple to leave them negative feedback and to have them forced off of eBay and Amazon, by lying about the service and the legitimacy of the item being a knock off or not. These are also the same people that seek out sellers of licensed and trademarked items that send out VeRO notices to eBay, and/or purchase the items and send their contact information to legal departments for small finder fees.

Contact eBay customer support,let them know about the situation,they will remove negative feedback .
Make sure you add this person to your Blocked Bidders List to stop this from happening again .
And DONT leave false positive (positive feedback with negative comment) for your "buyer" , they will get it removed too,and you will get a warning from eBay - you dont need this .
I know you are angry,but just wait for eBay to do what needs to be done .

If you can prove the same address, or the person is a family member or friend its gone, had it done before take about 3 weeks and 5 -6 hours on the phone

Dont waste your time reporting it because it wont do you any good trust me it happened to me before. I talked to Ebay & Paypal and provided proof but they just ignored it. So do what I did and get that scammers account wiped out. I wont explain how to do it but if you do your homework you will find your answer.

When a competitor leaves you a negative feedback, that means you have all of their information, correct? Just think of what you can do with those information to get their account knocked out by Paypal. I am pretty sure you know what I am talking about by now.
