I have not received the job that I advertised on blackhatworld.com, the project was suppose to be done in 48 hours which we both agreed upon in our Skype conversation. After 2 days of getting ignored, the seller gave me an excuse that being the new years, he got a hungover and wasn't able to finish the job. I was nice enough to let it go. He told me he will get it done in 24 hours, it's now passed hours and still no replies...I told the seller how important and how i needed this project asap done. I'm sick of waiting around not getting any replies from skype. Once I did a dispute on paypal he than responds. He sends me the file that is passcoded so I can't even inspect the job, he claims that if I dropped the dispute he will give me the password...this has been a headache experience and I hope no one comes across this guy in BHW, he posts and replies to some free lancing jobs so I'm just trying to look out for others...

I have not received the job that I advertised on blackhatworld.com, the project
was suppose to be done in 48 hours which we both agreed upon in our Skype
conversation. After 2 days of getting ignored, the seller gave me an excuse
that being the new years, he got a hungover and wasn't able to finish the job.
I was nice enough to let it go. He told me he will get it done in 24 hours,
it's now passed hours and still no replies...I told the seller how important
and how i needed this project asap done. I'm sick of waiting around not getting
