A big google update rolled out yesterday

Over the past week I've been noticing traffic drops on my personal website & also the company I work for.

I kind of think a lot of it is seasonal though, doesn't feel like an update or ranking drop, if it is, it's targetted very specific pages
 
I always know when an update is coming as I can guarantee that one specific site I have has a huge jump into the top 10 for most keywords about 2 weeks before Google slap it into oblivion with an update. Every single time. I have given up trying to figure it out for this site, and just enjoy the extra $'s for the 2 weeks when I get them!

It was cool this time as it ranked for everything over the run up to and including black Friday, sweet high value product commissions ;) Back to nowhere yesterday :anyway:
 
For some reason, I see a lot of gain in one-pagers. 10 out of 10 are huge gains.


contentbear (you all know which contentbear i talk about), jumped to #1 on every single brand keyword and every single variation of it.
 
No changes till now. Hopefully it will stay that way. And I thought I could build my pbns freely this week, guess I have to monitor what's hapning first before jumping on new things.
 
It's hard to tell with the traffic fluctuations due to BFCM, but I'm looking at a small decrease. Clean site with no spam
 
I noticed my site went down 1 position....nothing major but it does affect my bottom line.
 
Nothing major for me, I always check for major updates using rankranger rank-risk-index.

but i saw bit traffic drain today
 
I prefer the previous Google glitch when my sites were able to beat top authority sites :D
 
seeing a little change too but need to wait a little more
 
Another hit on 2020, lets wait for few more days and see how it goes.
