Don't think forum and blog commenting with Amazon affiliate links is allowed. See https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/agreement/, section 3. Links on Your Site:

Yeah mann. I second that. Don't put your affiliate links on forums or those sites which you do not own. Having your links on your social media accounts like Facebook and twitter should be fine.

Yeah, the condition is "own or operate":
The OP doesn't probably own or operate the blogs and forums he was planning to post these affiliate links on. So how about Facebook? Well, he doesn't own Facebook, but certainly operates a part of it - his Facebook pages, for example.
I also second that, but I can't second your words that having my links on my social media accounts like twitter and facebook... The social site like facebook really be allowed place amazon affiliate link?
Yes, I don't own the forums and blogs that I want to plan to post my affiliate links. Thank for you advice.
