do i required software download?
 
Hello I just got your plan and I have installed the app and followed all the steps but the proxy is not working it keeps showing my original ip when ever I check, I have contacted your support on telegram but it’s not working it keeps showing a guy call Johnny Dan who is never online this is really frustrating

Yes sir, you must download 9proxy software and forward proxy from it

My telegram username Majid ok, I have messaged and messaged but no reply, your service is looking like a scam now apparently, you do not offer any round the clock support neither on your site nor on telegram you go blank after payment has been made and your service does not work, when I use your socks it still shows my own ip if I check it, and even if I copy and paste the socks in another service or anti detect same thing it shows my own ip, it has been about four days now and you don’t reply nor fix it, it’s just a shame

4 days ? You can see the time stamp in the message, it's not even 24 hours since you texted :)
We have been providing proxy services for over a year now. If we were a scam, could we have survived with so many resellers?

The tutorial videos are comprehensive, and everyone uses them without issues. If you don’t know how to use the proxy or set it up incorrectly, leading to it not working, please note that this is a local proxy and requires using a local IP like 127.0.0.1. Simply copying the proxy IP won’t work. Please provide us with your settings so we can assist you by replying to our Telegram message! Thank you.

And to reiterate, we always allow everyone to try 10 proxies before deciding to purchase.

We reply you just after 5 minutes you send video but you still not seen? Are you trying to cause trouble?

Your problem is not setting IP : PORT for browser or for device, but only forward proxy to port. This is not VPN but PROXY
