how much is your budget? kuz I made one that does exacly this but it doesnt removes watermarks it only adds watermarks tho. if your uploading them to wordpress it will make post with each image adds tittle, tags, category it can also schedule to post the image every so hours or minutes.

I dont know how much it will cost. So looking for best offer. I need it to remove watermarks though.
