Okay so I bought my first domain a few days ago and I want to buy a few more. I used 1and1 and it was .99 cents for 1 year. So if I use a VPN to make a new email, I can get the .99 deal? Then transfer it to my other account? What happens if they catch on to me, can I lose ownership of that domain?

Good idea! I'm interested to see if anybody has abused it yet, and their experience.

Btw: I use 1and1 for Windows VPS 1GB ram and unlimited bandwidth at 5$/mo

You might get away with it once, but 1&1 is terrible and give you a lot of trouble transferring domain. Maybe within 1&1 it will be easier, but you'll probably have them stuck there.

I think OP wants a lot of "New 1and1 user accounts" all to buy 99 domains and transfer to a single 1and1 account. But the issue might be needing a lot of different CC / VCC. I doubt you will get away with it using only 1 CC for everything.

Thank you, guys. I first googled vcc and a bunch of other stuff popped up and had me confused.

They will ask for documents pretty soon.

If you are from Indian then you can use netsafe HDFC for creating VCC.

This. And then they'll look at the history and ask you "Sir, how are you affiliated with X members from Y countries/states?" and the only thing that will come in mind will be "fucking shit(!)"

If I remember correctly they immediately asked for documents on my second account with them when trying to abuse their 99cent offer.

I ended up using a prepaid visa to get a second domain for .99 cents and bought a few from them for like $10 each. I had to get the pre paid anyway for something else. I got some good domains so Im happy. I made a second account no VPN and used a new email address. Well see what happens. My first 1and1 account I used somebody else's cc.

Wow you got stitched up there.

I'd choose GoDaddy before those idiots.

Namecheap do 1 year free privacy.

Namesilo do free privacy for life.

I have 1and1 $12/year hosting. For domains I just get them from godaddy for 99cents then transfer them to 1and1 for hosting. The transfer takes less than a day.
If you search "godaddy domain" in google search a godaddy ad will be one of the first results and it will advertise $0.99 .com domains.

First, it will lock your few accounts as they catch you many ways, plus with 1 CC you can use it 2-4 times max on different accounts. if you use vcc than costs of domain will be 6$ as 1 vcc cost you at least $5 with 2$ in it. So it's lots of trouble, In past Godaddy and few other domain registrars allows multiple domains at 99 cents, but those tricks not work much in 2016-17.
I suggest you instead of doing such headache, why not pay for xyz tld or some cheaper tld to bulk domains.

why not pay for xyz tld
Because such domains get banned on fb and the likes, and its exactly the reason why we needed .com bulk. Unless you have a way around that restriction, then your comment is just repeating what every newb repeats without any first hand experience.

If you're new at Godaddy, you can always get 99 cents coupons at them http://ecoupon.io/godaddy-99-cent-domain-coupon-code/. But if you're an old customer or you've used that type of coupons before, you no longer use it anymore.

Good luck to you,
