Maybe you can use some other DNS provider like cloudflare or something?

It could be a routing issue from your provider's end - have you checked with them?

I would think you can easily use google's DNS 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4

911.re aren't able to resolve their ip to their DNS correctly, your best bet is to use google dns
