I can't do that anymore because I added the credits almost 3-4 months ago or more. I couldn't use it because I was busy with some other stuff.

I thought visa did up to 6 months now?
 
For services that are always in demand, there have been and will always be new entrants to fulfill the demand, no matter what some "big uncles" try to dictate.
 
It's a high risk business. So I keep wondering what measures can such companies take avoid ugly situations like this?

By removing the initial setup email with the plain text password from the hosting company? Changing the root password immediately after?
