Does anyone know of a tool that can do the same job as Twitterfeed but with older posts? I'm using the SEO Search Terms Tagging 2 plugin with 'promote old posts' option enabled, but it's really damn slow. Anyone know of a quicker solution?

I agree Old Post Promoter is great, also try 'Tweet Old Post'
and another one I came across is: Scheduled Post Shift.

Also from a indexing point of view, try XML-Sitemap along with submitting the sitemap created within Google Webmaster Tools.

I'm getting regular organic traffic on my auto blog thanks to a combination of these and other plugins, WP-Minify is good for helping to speed up the loading time of your wordpress blog as well.
