9-years Real Facebook account got disable

My real Facebook account was disable about 12 days ago from now. Everyday I appeal the same form and yet not a single reply from Facebook Team.
I Wonder why my FB account is disable, I only use it on Facebook Ads.
I never do spamming or harassing, in other words , did not break any Facebook Community rules.

It started by requesting me to take photo, I did it. It review more than 8 hours, after that informed me about my Facebook Account got Disable.

Are you guys are getting random review by Facebook asking to take photo on your real Facebook Account ? Or only people who doing ads, involved alot in payment will be review?

Mainly is vacation, foods Facebook pages.
My ads is mainly on let them sign up for vacation package.

Do you guys get random verification by Facebook ?
Or Facebook think that my business is about illegal business etc?
 
Did you provide them legal tax information? They can block because of this issue
 
It depends like everything:D If you have built a solid Business around it (Website/shop, other SM channel's) and your not just copycat the net. then indeed it's strange.
Ask a friend for contacting the support. Give them as much information as possible, with proof that your Business is legit.

So far I only able to find FORMS to contact the support ( The never bother to reply)
Do you have LiveChat or phone number ?
 
Could have something to do with your country and your target audience. Facebook is facing a lot of heat these days and they are acting like a raving lunatic. Got page taken down without warning or any violation a while back. I didn't bother to appeal cos the page wasn't important to me. They did restored it later without any explanation till date.

Just follow them up and be patient. It could restored later. I think it usually takes about a month or three to sort it out.
 
Facebook is a lottery by photo verification. There are using a automatic software that don´t work. I have many many accounts. my experiences are. I have female accounts. If you upload a photo that´s similar with the profile picture then somtimes facebook accept this, sometimes not. now the best. it´s the same if i upload male picture, at female profiles and female profile pictures. sometimes facebook gets back the account and sometimes not. you don´t have a chance. nobody know what facebook is doing. the next days i want to create a video, will upload it facebook and hope that it´s viral. i´m making all the facebook accounts for testing, because my real account gets block, too, next to many many year and i don´t have made any ads or something

You are the one who manage this page right? "StoryV Travel & Lifestyle" and promote sign ups?
 
Does your billing info correspond to your Facebook account info? Have you logged in from the unusual place?
 
EXACTLY the same happened to me 4 days ago!

My personnal fb account has been disabled!
They asked for a selfie picture for verification, I sent it, and 2 hours later... disabled!
So exactly the same story... I had my personnal account for 7 years :(

Please how can I get it back ?
I sent appeal 4 days ago but still no answer
 
You must have done something wrong and kept doing it. They don't take down personal accounts for no reason.
 
It is impossible to take down my account without any warning or notice. If I did something that against the community, I should receive some warning right ?
But honestly I did not do anything spamming or harassing. Just purely doing ads, white hat ads on my physical exist business, travel packages.

I did suspect is my ads that I doing linked to my account disable, but the funny thing is, the ads is still running until today, it had been 30 days since my account was disable.
My wife is in the same business manager with me, both managing the ads, only me got verification and disable.

So I am so furious on this, I went to appeal and did not get a **** from them. So I'm here to find out is it you guys have the same problem as mine.
Anyone did not do any ads but still get verification by photo, and got disable or smth ?
 
OP, there is an ongoing strike against SPAM on Facebook. Unfortunately, the Algo isn't that solid as they wish. Probably they purged your Account by mistake... That's why I mentioned before, contact the support. There is a high chance, they can reinvent your Account if it is a legit Business.

scroll all the way down. Some Accounts have just the chat option, bigger accounts have also e-mail. Use your wife's Account and explain the situation in detail, provide as much information as possible.

Thank you for the assist, I have contacted them , they said they only responsible for ADS account not personal account. Nothing they can do much on my case

You have mentioned an Ad Account, is this not related to your Page and in turn to your Profile?
 
facebook is getting mad nowadays. same story happened to me. at least they should give a warning. i am totally surprised with this. i don't know will it back or not?
