the problem is, only one domain is allowed and you have to use CC. Not worth in my opinion. I checked their forums and found that, if we want to add more domains to our account, we have to pay some 35$ per addon domain... Nice way to trick people...

Also they are from Panama..

I have a debit card and my transaction got declined, then i started talkin to one of their sales rep named Mirko thru live chat, he said that I could give him the card number over the phoneand he'll charge me. Is it safe to give him my card no?? please help me out

i wouldnt do that, i just dont understand why they ask only for CC en not paypal or anything else? i was interested too . . .

The price is really good if u are intenting to use it for one domain i mean its better to have different hosts with one domain then one host with different domains, (for small-medium sites making u 10 dollar amount lol ) its cool u can build 100 sites making u thousnad a mounth only paying thousand a year

If you are using Debit card, there are no worry as credit card. Just fill up your debit card enough to payment, then call them and give them detail.

Debit card is linked to the bank account, what i mean is that whatever amount is there in the account can be used thru the card, there is no seperate filling up of amount in a debit card

f*ck it! Is a free domain and ftp space for backups... it is good.

I am a siteground customer..

Professionals: Steer clear of their shared hosting..

Here's why..

Their database PHP file isn't big enough to power fantomaster database.. So, if you plan on cloaking and using fantomaster, don't go with siteground because they won't let you touch the php buffer size.

Also, they put caps on cpu cyles.. There's only so much CPU processing you can execute on those shared 9.95 accounts, even though they call it unlimited.. That's bullshit. Even if you're running simple little wordpress scripts, don't plan on running more than 2-3k hits per day PER ACCOUNT without going over your cpu limit.

Also, there's an addon slot fee around $30 if you plan on adding multiple domains to the same account + the cost of the new domain.

So how do you get the special and be ok? When your service expires (addon slots do EXPIRE after a year) You've got to pay the ridiculous renewal costs for plain 'ole 'decent' shared hosting..

Upload speeds (publishing to server) during the day are f*cking horrible. Sometimes it's as slow as 1.5/kilobytes per second. They are much better at night around 2:00am CST..

I recommend that consumers take advantage of this deal if they want a cheap reliable domain and they are just starting out.

I can't speak for their dedicated servers as I am not a customer of their dedicated plans; just being honest with my experience..
