Of course!! Make $100K monthly with one blog is possible. This depends on a selected niche. But don't make a blog as autoblogging. Few things you need to do: build your own list and maintain good relationship, regularly update blogging and give solutions that folks look for.

True but majority of that income comes from that blog one way or another.
I believe he has two or three niche sites that earn between 2,000 to 3,000 per month.
The rest of that income is in some way shape or forum from blogging. A LARGE amount is from those affiliate sites like Bluehost.
If he where to do it all over again I honestly believe he would be in the same position or slightly different. I say this because of his approach. He chose to build a authority site from the beginning. He is open about his earnings (which is what really drew attention to him). He shows his face. He offers help for beginning passive income pursuers. And he has easily a digestible blog format. None of those factors deal with luck but in all I do believe there is a very slight pinch of luck sprinkled in

Not necessarily organic traffic. PPC and targeted email traffic can do great for a blog. You can also drive targeted traffic from a decent YouTube channel.

I believe is possible, but it requires a lot of SEO and time consuming tasks as SEOZONE3 said; but lets face it, any good income requires hard work.

I guess Pat Flynn reported all his income sources so its not just from his "make money online blog".
Yep sure possible, but look at the blog you are referring to. A lot of newbies reading the stories and hoping to strike gold so they sign up for hosting etc... Now look at the breakdown of the income and notice that pretty much all / at least most of it comes from these affiliate sources.

Don't get carried away by what bloggers say, reality is quite different. After getting established you may earn much (I am not yet, so cant say) but not that much. You can try building your business by having multiple blogs and outsourcing the work, but it takes time,many years to be frank.
