This is typical for a brand new account. I do have an account for a genuine business and I can post several ads manually without any problem.
On the other hand, once you go heavy on it, that's when you have account going on hold.

Just posted my first link, but my website link is not clickable. Not good for conversions... Is there a way to make it clickable? (don't have a PVA atm).

Edit: fixed the link problem.

Posted my first add. Now we sit and wait. Will update tomorrow.

You don't have to use that source. You can use anyone, I just threw one out there. I'd like to find a provider myself. Just be sure to buy the number and make the PVA yourself. Because what happens if after 30 days it needs to be reverified, then you're F@%*Ked.
 
I know a method to make unlimited cl ova accounts. Should I sell it?

Find a provider and buy one. See how it goes. If you're OK,stay with him, if you got scam, you lost little...

By experience, it seems that a PVA need to be re-verified when you use it for another metro/location.
So, once you have a PVA and post, let's say, in Atlanta, keep that account for your Atlanta posting.
Get a few PVAs and keep them in their own location.

First report after about 10 hours: 1 add, 10 visits, 1 click, earned 0,15$. CTR of 10% is good, but i hope for a bit more visitors per add :) anyway, i have some ideas to improve my website and i'll post a second add soon. Will update again.

edit: I have two problems. The first one is masking the cl traffic. but i'll find a way to fix that. the other one: I have posted my add for a medium sized town, but after 12 hours the add is already on page 3 and nobody clicks it anymore (i think). Is this to be expected or should i post adds for smaller towns so they stay on the first page longer?

OK, but also, if you post 5 ads today, you might get $0.75 for your day.
Than you post 5 ads tomorrow, you should get $0.75 as well but you'll have recurring revenue from the first day. It will be less traffic but still.
And so on. 3 days is 15 ads: 5 for 1 day, 10 for 2 days and 15 days for 3 days, etc...

Thanks Cody :) Planning to post more ads, but gotta fix that traffic problem first i'll think of something. Anyway, i believe this strategy really does work, so i'll keep posting my results.

You're right, this is not working anymore, there is no traffic in CL and Google just stopped adsense yesterday, so no point to doing it. So forget it and stay away from this for you own good...

Day 2: got 2 ads up in total, 3 clicks worth 0,96$. In 2 days that's 1,16$ with only 2 adds. So I believe this works. Now I gotta fix some small issues and then i'll expand this... a lot :p Thanks!

Day 3, 3 adds online, 1 click, gained €1,19 today, €2,35 in total. Now i'll stop posting these stats, i think i proved that this is doable.
 
What CPC are you guys getting? I have 5 articles on real estate/foreclosure but my CPC is still under 50 cents.
