$800 per month method

Yes I'm linking to my website. I'll try the e-mail thing instead. Aren't most people linking to their website in their CL ads?
I haven't tried this method, but I never link to the site with other methods. The one thing I was surprised about, was that some people weren't having ads flagged. They love flagging ads on CL, even for no reason.

Received my first email about one of my ads. Someone asks "where is this house located?" I have a sick feeling once I e-mail them back with a message that also contains the link to my site they are going to flag down my post lol

Most people won't. If you are worried, just delete the reply they sent you, so there are no links back to CL. Then the person would have to go search for your ad, and pretty much no one does that. Or not enough to flag your ad.

Could still happen, but for me it has been maybe less than 5% of the time.

Save those very-targeted-people-looking-for-foreclosure emails. When you have a good list, send them some real estate/foreclosure CPA ;)

You are great. I'm gonna try for the first time a CL method :)

on your sites do you just have 1 page? or are u slowly building more than 1 more pagE? or isit 1domain 1index and thats it

how are you not getting banned from adsense? isn't it against the TOS to forge other websites & not having any info on your website? how do you stay under the radar? gimme some tips!

Pretty much , yes. The fact that there is only one page with all the link not clickable except adsense is exactly the trick here.

What do you mean by "forge other websites"? Like buying a banner on Yahoo homepage for $50,000/day and bringing millions and millions of visitors to your site? Forging like that?
You stay under the radar when the clicks are made from different IPs. If you have 95%+ IPs for your clicks, you're good. And that's exactly what happen here...

Not sure if you can get "general" traffic, everything is a niche, right? Maybe the news? Or a global event?

So, why not building a full website with fake real estate ads ?
With a message like "To reply to this ad, you must complete a free offer below" + CPA.

Same target, same niche.
But less work in long term and higher income.

Just an idea...

The problem isn't creating the sites. The problem is the postings. If you put the link to your website in the ad, people see it's a fake, then flag you. Most people working with Adsense aren't going to have proxies and PVA's to keep throwing up ads. If you do, Great! Keep at it.

If you just go the email route, then you spend all day replying to emails. You could use BHAR (http://www.blackhatautoresponder.com) and then just auto respond to the emails. If you can't afford PVA's you probably can't get BHAR for $50 a month either.

I used the same concept with houses/items for sale and just replied back with CPA offers. The problem was I did it manually and would get hundreds of replies and had to send an individual reply back to each person. The time spent individually replying even with a premade message was horrible! Sending people to an Adsense site or CPA offer isn't the same thing. The thing you have on your side is the traffic is extremely targeted.

If you get $2 per 100 people that's 1:100 compared to a CPA offer which normally converts 1:20 from my experience. My point being, if you're going to reply manually back to people at least make it worth your time. The allure of automated income from Adsense ends when the ad gets taken down. With manual replying at least you have a direct email you can spam over and over again with offers.

Also, if you guys go the CPA route, please make sure your traffic is OK with your am or CPA network.

One complaint will do you in QUICK!! And as someone who knows that market VERY well, CL users of today are NOT like the CL users from three years ago. They know how to report aff. id's.

If you go with a company like Maxbounty or neverblue (esp. Max), they will NOT hesitate to ban you over one complaint. This forum is littered with people who have been banned because of it.

So be careful with CPA guys. Try to use ones you know will be ok with the traffic.

It's very easy to cloak your affiliate link. You should never email your aff link to craigslist anyway.

Also just a quick addition to my previous post. If you just simply do the math on this you'll see the conversion numbers. With the assumption stated by the OP, $2 per 100 people. $2 is the average CPA offer.

If you got 1 person out of 100 to complete an offer/ click an ad on your page.

to make $800 a month you would need 100 people ($2 an offer) out of 10,000 to complete an offer. That's per week at $200 a week. Keep the 1:100 ratio.

Gmail allows you to send 500 messages per day. (500 x 7 days a week) that's 3500 a week. You could possible get a free internet proxy and send more with different accounts.

Here is a website with all the ISP's / Webmail limits for maximum emails per day. http://help.altrue.com/templates/Manual/details.asp?id=31606&fetch=26546

Now let's get in the real world for a second and pretend that we can actually convert people. Let's say we get 1:20 ratio on our conversions.

1 person/submit is $2, so 100 people is $200 a week. 1:20 is the same ratio as 100:2,000. If you're sending out 2,000 emails a week that's about 300 emails a day. The hard part is manually replying to all of them.

You have to remember these numbers are based on people who actually click through to go to the offer. You're converting 1:20 of those. If you want to get a full view of things let's do the whole operation at 1:20.

You get 1 out of 20 people to click thru to your offer. Only 1 of those 20 people are actually going to submit the offer. It's 1:20 and you want 100 people to submit to get $2 per offer so you have to send 2,000 emails. 1:20 = 100:2,000 but then those 100 people that show up to the CPA offer don't all submit the offer you get 5 out of 100 or 5:100 (1:20). You want 100 people so you need 1,000 people to go to the offer 5:100 / 100:1000. Now instead of 1:20 / 100:2,000 you have to have 1:20 / 1,000:20,000

At 1:20 going to the CPA offer and 1:20 actually submitting it you have to send out 20,000 emails. That's almost 3,000 emails a day.

Now do we all see how important it is to have an auto responder or to be able to put our link in the ad?

The OP is sending at least 40,000 people a month or 1300 hits a day to his adsense site ($800 a day/30 is $26 a day. $2 x 1300 hits is $26 or $2 per 100) That's a lot of posts or some really hot topics. My point being if you can't get your ads to stick or you don't have an auto responder and some gmail accounts to go with it you're not going to make $800 a month. Maybe half that. I loved that the OP shared this method but he failed to do the math behind it. I'm not a pessimist just a realist. There's more to this method then just post ads on CL with an adsense site and make $800. Or just reply back to emails with targeted CPA offers. Whatever the method, house foreclosure, things for sale, etc..If you don't have the tools to handle the volume or the skills to stick the ads you're going to have a bottle neck of too many emails or not enough visits to your MFA (made for Adsense) site.

GOOD LUCK!

This would be more work and about same income.

You got it confused.
I post 1300 ads/day but only 5/day ( the 1,295 others are for other stuff) for this method, bringing about $800/month.
The emails I received are not answered immediately but put in a list where I sent CPA to that list when my lists are full.

This would be more work and about same income.

So with 5 ads a day you're about to get 1300 HITS to your website? If your conversion is $2 per 100 people you have to have at least that much traffic.
