Into a file and I upload it to my hosting but you could use wordpress as well.

Because some have said that if you have CL or Google looking at your traffic and see 100% coming from CL, they may give you trouble. How can they know if there is no tracking code in there? I don't know. Unless it is in their JS in the adsense code.
So to be safe, use hide refferer.
Now, if your traffic is, let's say, 10% from CL, I don't believe there is any problem.
Wrong. I faked my referrer from CL 100% of the time and have had no issues getting paid from Google.

Upload your file that you saved as .php in your root, in your hosting and call it index.php.
Redirect your domain to your hosting in your domain panel using your hosting server name. It will probably take 24 hours to set.
And you all done.
Let me know if you don't understand some technical terms.

How do they know what city your in?
With enough IPs and numbers for PVAs,
I don't think that would be a problem.

I think there are people who will click the back button. But my numbers show that a lot others click the ads as well...
No GA on the site.
For the URL, I use the original. Sometimes the sort URL doesn't go through...
Yes, you can post in any city. For me, the geo thing is a myth as I said...
All my accounts post in different cities and different states without any problem...

I got a free domain at c0.cc and free hosting
from 000webhost.
I been waiting last night for the c0.cc domain
to except the server name I put in from webhost.
Yesterday it said takes up to 48hrs but today it
just says server not found.
I did add the landing page in the file manager
before I put the webhost server name in co.cc
It says it may take up to 48hrs to take the servername
then it says if it's not set up in 48hrs they will cancel
my domain name

Strange stuff. Free stuff sometimes is really cheap stuff I guess...
