That's why you hide the referrer link. I had NO PROBLEMS from Adsense when I did this.

Don't do it--you will either have to keep verifying your account or your ad will get ghosted. 1 IP ADDRESS per account.

I did read the OP but I dont see how I could use it. What would I advertise it on craigslist.

In the OP, I advertise foreclosed homes for sale. I put an attractive price because foreclosures are cheaper, so it make sense. That attracts potential buyers to your site.

In both cases, you will need PVAs. I have tried proxies in the past. I bought some on DP if I remember well. The guy ID was "Don" if I'm correct. They burnt fast. The other thing, you could try IPrental. Easy to use.

this method is nice..the visitor is targetted and need for more info..sure the click is not fraud..but if the "Dummy" site is within the big G terms it would be no problem right?

To make something clear, your percentage of organic referers must have some value. It's adsense. They are very strict about that. If it wasn't like that, I would send hundreds of thousands hits to my adsense page with faking referers and make $$$$$$$$$.

Hits or uniques?
It's easy and cheap to buy hits. Uniques is a different story...

I suppose he means uniques which shows on analytics that are coming from search engines, to mix the things and don't have only hide referrer traffic.
Is it possible to fake it as search engine traffic instead of hide the referrer?

Cody do you use 1 ip from iprental per craiglist account? How many posts are you able to make from that 1 ip?

Which could be the smartest way to do that with CPA instead adsense?

I used IPrental before. It was OK. I have now another IP solution.
Personally, I do not want to abuse my stuff. So I post automatically one post per account (each having their own assigned IP now) every 3 days.
You should be fine with 3-5 ads/day. Geo targeting is a myth for me. Each of my ad post in a different city/state every time. Never a problem.
You could use this method for CPA as well. The deal is to make it personal. So a "genuine" ad sending the people to your landing page where their can do your CPA. There is nothing worse than a big CPA banner saying "click here to fill out my survey (so I can get paid thanks to my fake CL ad".
Personally, I use CPA emailing the people who emailed me asking question about my CL ad

On Iprental can you keep the same ip to continue using it for each craiglist account?
How could we fake the referrer that it comes from craiglist instead of hide it, so it looks from search engine search or other whitehat site?
Have you lose craiglist accounts which have been reported to craiglist from the visitors?
What if someone reports it to adsense? How often that happens?
About geo targeting if you have an Europe ip and you post for USA houses will that cause problem?

I wrote a small script 2-3 years ago to make sure each account is calling its own IP from my IP solution. I think it is important in CL' eyes that the account is using the same IP.

IPrental will change your IP after each post but it's not necessary the same IP. It is OK if you don't abuse the account. Not abusing the account is one post per account every 3 days.

I don't hide referrer because I'm posting about 1300 ads/day, all mixed adsense, affilaite, CPA, etc...so it's so general that I have no problem mixing with organic traffic.

Now, I'm losing very few account/month only because some of my ads are flagged by the self proclamed losers CL sheriff who spend their day flagging ads/working for CL FREE OF SALARY because they have nothing else to do. But not reported to CL. They don't report to CL, they flag.

Internet is fragile. I could bomb click your adsense and send an email to Google asking if it was OK that a friend (you) asked me to click on his ads. You will get banned in no time, no question asked, no explaination needed. You will not even know what happened. Now, usually, users are just normal people who have no idea they are redirected to a page with ads. They think it's your website. Only a very little percentage are aware of that. And most don't even care.

Geo-targeting is a myth. I have no problem posting in every city, in every state with the same account. Never had any problem with that.
