Sounds good. But, I have to worry about the problem with Adsense - I had a blog a few years back that was white hat 100% and some douche went to the site and purposely clicked the ads on my site about 15 times - I was banned almost instantly and could not get the site back!

Try Gumtree...It is better for me than kijiji or backpage...
 
Question,

Do you renew your older posts and then add five new ones or let the renews fall aside and only post five a day?
 
I don't renew with CLAD but you could I guess...
 
Thanks OP for sharing this method. Question for you though, have you run into the problem of having your ads ghosted? I know that methods similar to this one will run into the problem of having multiple ads being shut down or flagged and never go live.

I have not tried yet but I am going to say yes, and then you can add more and more pages.

You know make it like a full site, thats what I am going to do.

say you have

this-domain.com

Now you can do this.

this-domain.com/state-1/city-1/Big-cool-house
this-domain.com/state-2/city-1/Big-cool-house
this-domain.com/state-3/city-1/Big-cool-house
this-domain.com/state-3/city-2/Nice-cool-house


So with one site you are going after 3 states and 4 cities! :)

That's it. Make sure to change the house pictures each time to make it fresher and a different IP for each as well. 10-15 cities in the 30-35 more populated states and you are making yourself $300/day IMO...
 
Change the ip address you say. . . . Of the site?

And Im not sure how to do that, think you could give a few tips?

I think he means change the ip of the account your posting the ads with. Just so cl won't think hmmm why is this one guy/gal posting all these ads.

From what I've read you can use private proxies for posting ads or get a vps that gives you a whole loads of ips to play with.

Not that I've tried any of this as I'm skint haha.
 
I'll add my 2 cents in here. Instead of "foreclosure", you are much better off using the keywords "rent to own" or "lease purchase". This is what we do for one of my clients and they are making $800 PER HOUR off a combination of credit report and foreclosure offers. Granted, we do it on a much larger scale with both Craigslist, PPC, and our own affiliate network. But the "foreclosure" targeting died a while back.
