This one is not really pathetic.
You post to people looking to make a great deal buying a foreclosure. You bait them with details or pictures on your site. They don't find anything...so they click here and there thinking it must be somewhere...and boom...tcha tching adsense or chitika or adbrite or kontera or CPA or...etc...etc...or all of them

I cant Pm you quite yet but I do have a question. I have taken this method to the point of saving the code in my notepad- how do I make the links unclickable and change the adsense code to my own? Thanks in advance and please keep in mind you are talking to a total beginner here.

Consistency is key here.
You need to post your 5 ads everyday. You'll get 150 live ads per month and when the oldest one got deleted, they will be replaced by the newer ones.
If you ads are well done, these 150 ads will bring you $25-$30 day.

The dudes making $800 a month, just change the domain every month and ad$sense won't pick it up, use a few accounts if you can, you could even get a wordpress site, add Autoblogged plugin and pull in a house rss feed and in the post template add the ad$sense code just under the description.
MMM...I think your earnings may be on the high end. I think it really depends on the niche on CL and the CPC.

why only post 5 ads tho im posting at least 10 a day and thinking of posting more as none of em really get flagged.

Hey Cody, I've followed your post with interest and am now ready to try it for myself..
I am looking for a CL poster that can post around 300 live ads per day 5-6 days per week. The cheapest price I have been quoted is $0.20 per live post with an 80-90% success rate. Can anyone match or beat this? I would like the posts to remain live for a minimum of 48 hours at which point the ads can be reposted. Also can anyone give me an idea of how many posts a single poster can do in a day?
I need to move quickly on this so any help/advice would be much appreciated.. Also any suggestions on private proxy servers that don't cost $100's a month? I am certain I'm missing something here - CL is where it's all happening but the numbers don't add up if it takes days to get your posts accepted and not ghosted..

I post myself and have no idea how much it will cost to have your ads posted. $0.20 each looks good though. You can make 10 times that amount per ad. Plus, if you have $100/month of proxies, it's nothing comparing of what you can get from your ads every month. I spend $500/month for my stuff. It's less than one day of revenue...
