No, I have only tried this in Real Estate because I had that foreclosure site back then.
I tried manually with gumtree and it was very good as well but I had to do manually and stop due to lazyness...

Great. I checked that out already. As for the CTR, not sure. I have sites with those numbers and nothing happens in regards to high CTR, so I guess it's OK...

I'll probably hide if you gonna to abuse it. I do only 5 ads/day with my CLAD so I really put the URL and it's OK so far. And I'm doing it for years already...

won't google close your account if they do a manual review? As far as I have googled the subject they are doing it quite often. But this seems to contradict with the OP having the account for years.

Does anybody know how the reviewing process is done? I have a relatively new adsense account with no approved sites. How high is the chance to get caughed if I used this method as my first?

Sorry for the noobish question :)

No question is stupid.
However, let's think about it.
Do you really think Google is doing a manual review of things?
If yes, what things? Having traffic coming from kijiji? usfreeads? CL? your own website?
Let's say they do, do they think that traffic coming from usfreeads is OK but not traffic from CL?
What about a porn site? I have a link in a porn site going to my foreclosure site where my adsense codes are, will I be banned by G? or just "reviewed"?

Bottom line is, how can this be illegal enough to be banned from Google?
You do understand that THERE IS NO ADSENSE IN MY CL ADS, right?

My question was only regarding the landing page where the adsense codes are. Nothing related to the traffic.

The landing page has no original content, no links and provides absolutely no value to customers. Isn't that clearly against the rules of google and wouldn't they close your adds and funds if they did a manual review on your site?

Perhaps I still misunderstood something or am just paranoid. There's so much controversal information regarding the manual reviews on the internet. Some say it's done before every payment, some that after a too high click rate, a high daily/monthly income, etc. Your information howerver seems to contradict everything.

Either you have had no manual review in those years (which seems rather unbelievable) or google has no problems with this kind of landing pages. Which also seems strange :)

If it's only the content, you can create inner pages with content yourself easily. So that's not a big deal. Which will be a great idea.
You could add an inner page for waterfront foreclosures with a CPA, an inner page with mountain view foreclosures with a CPA, etc...

As for Google reviewing manually stuff, I'll say that if you need to open a new account today, they will most likely ask you to see your site and see if' it's good enough for them. My account has been created in 2004 and at that time, they didn't ask to see anything.

Now, I can tell you that I have MFA sites and other empty sites with only 2 adsense codes on it (roughly. There is a banner as well but not much)

So many people afraid to lose an adsense account because of lack of understanding and not thinking a little bit further than their nose by putting something else than adsense.

The less people doing this, the less competition I have :)
 
So put some original content on there. Not sure I see what the problem is. Your goal is to make the site look as legitimate as possible not just put Google Adsense codes on there.

This site has a history.
I bought it on ebay for $132.
After putting some articles and advertising, I had some good adsense return and advertising return. It made anywhere between $200 and $300/month revenue. Then, I let it go. I mean I was just sleeping on those revenue and those revenue slowly got down. Then that's when I try my few CL ads on it and I topped $800/month with adsense with it.
I finally sold it few month back but I don't remember exactly when and for how much.
 
Well according to DP - it sold for $40.

As a Page Rank 1 site.

Are you then saying that you do not do this type of bait/switch traffic in the foreclosure niche anymores?

this method is very good and going not so bad for me so far as im making an easy 5-10$
